Weight Loss Progress + Update

So I had mentioned at some point that I was taking diet pills.
Just in case any of you are offended by the idea or something, I won't mention which brand or strength it was.

I lost about 5 pounds in a week when I was taking them regularly. That may sound really unhealthy, and had I not been working out and eating right, it probably would have been. As it was, I was eating and working out, so the weight was likely some fat, some water weight, and um... yep.

But, as with most things, you eventually plateau, and that leads to the temptation to overdo it.
You can overdo things like exercise, you know. Really, really not a good idea. Especially when it comes in a bottle.

To begin with, I was only taking 2/3 of a dose because I wanted to make it stretch. Well, that worked just fine. Had I upped the dosage, or - like I'm sure some people do - taken more than a dose, I'm sure I would have lost more weight, but I'm fairly certain that wouldn't have been a healthy way to do it.

Basically, the way I see weight loss supplements like that are to kind of give you a nudge. It's neither good nor bad, it's really just how you use them. The rest is up to you.
