High Five for Friday

As y'all may or may not know, Lauren Elizabeth has a fantastic link-up in which you can share the best five things that have happened to you or that you've done in the past week.

1. My birthday was yesterday.
Yep. 22 years old.
Old fart, is me.
A friend and I saw Macbeth performed at our school, and iT WAS FANTASTIC.
Especially the Forest of Birnam. Best part of the whole play.
2. I'm going to the last day of bowling class today, then I'm bowling again tonight with some friends from church. . . This is either going to be very good or very bad for my arm.
And my game.
3. I've become lightly addicted to Marvel's Agents of SHIELD.
Aww man. Even if you don't really care for the whole spy thing, or the whole super hero thing, if you like decent characters being decent, you've gotta see it.
Literally 99% of the reason I watch it is Agent Coulson.
If you don't like Coulson, somebody needs to check your pulse.
4. Speaking of 'decent', I made a decent grade on an exam I thought I completely bombed.
I attribute that to the prayer, not necessarily my studying habit that particular week.
But hey, Who better to ask about a beach than the One who made the beach, so really.
5. I ran my fastest mile ever Wednesday.
It hurt like crazy (yay shinsplints), but I did it.
Now to just be able to sprint longer. . .
8 mph may not be fast for some of you human cheetahs out there, but it's a pretty good clip for me. Plus I'm short, so I already have to go faster because I lack stride.
Oh, and to be clear, I did NOT sprint the whole way . . . no way. Oh gosh I would have died.

What have you done this week?
